Allegations of malfeasance by former corporate Directors during a shareholders civil trial vie with claims of murder and infidelity in this modern day “Philadelphia” tale of greed and retribution.
These corporate Directors are accused not only of civil crimes but also of the possibly related murder of the board Chairman. Was his accidental death on board a cruise ship actually murder? Was he killed to prevent him from making a deal with authorities at the expense of his colleagues? Or were there more intimate and personal influences at work?
