About the
Author:
Born May 18, 1922 in Manhattan, the author Frank Warren Swacker is a
second generation Wall Street lawyer. He received his B.A. (Economics)
degree from Union College, a Juris Doctor from The University of
Virginia School of Law and a LL.M. (International Law) from New York
University Graduate School of Law. The author served for a decade as the
International Counsel of a multibillion dollar conglomerate and as a
director of both private and public corporations. He has acted as an
advisor to major corporations, law firms and governments on trade and
investment matters both here and abroad. As a former member of the
Stetson University, College of Law faculty he taught international
commercial arbitration. He has appeared on T-V round tables and has
lectured extensively on the W.T.O. and on doing business in various
parts of the world. He is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in
America and Who's Who in American Law. The author and his wife, Irene M.
Michael, live in St. Petersburg, Florida. .
